Retail distributor, 6 locations across Mauritius

BeforeRunning reports manually from each store. Head office was always a week behind on stock levels and sales figures. Decisions were based on gut feeling.

BeforeEach location had its own till system. There was no way to see what was selling where, and stock counts were done by hand at closing.

NowAll 4 locations run on one POS. Inventory syncs automatically, and the owner can see daily sales from her phone.
